This survey is designed to give you an opportunity to express your opinions about the Library’s resources, services and facilities including how well you think the JCU Library performs in relation to what you think is important. Measuring importance against performance will assist us to identify areas of excellence and areas for improvement. We are also seeking information about how you use the Library to find information and what assistance you need.
You can participate in the survey by completing it anonymously. JCU students and staff are also eligible to enter the prizes draw. Weekly prizes will be drawn for coffee and bookshop vouchers with a final draw for one iPad2.
