A National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Report card is currently being developed by the newly formed National Mental Health Commission.
The Commission is seeking your feedback on what information should be included in the Report Card to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health issues or at risk of suicide, and the lives of their families and carers.
Your opinion will help to shape the first and future Report Cards.
The brief community survey is now open for feedback until Thursday 31st of May 2012 at http://www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au/report_card/
